Dr. Maria Jesus Saenz gave a 1-hour webinar at TAPA (Transported Asset Protection Association) on April 29 with an attendance of 85 registrants. Maria’s talk featured, “Digital Enablers for a More Resilient Supply Chain: Introduction to the Interaction between Operations, Technology, and Processes.” In her talk, she discussed the digital enablers that facilitate the development of key supply chain resilient capabilities, such as visibility, agility, collaboration, or omnichannel. Dr. Saenz also demonstrated the balance between digital technologies, supply chain processes, and organizations, and how these dimensions have to be intertwined according to the idiosyncrasies of each supply chain.
